  • French BASE Association

    The French BASE Association purpose is to promote the BASE jumping activity in France. It also aims to improve its recognition by conveying a positive image of BASE jumping.

    AlternativeIt organizes sports events in order to extend its integration. It also allows the grouping of practitioners and the exchange of technical information through the forum.

    The French BASE Association is a non-profit organization founded in 1993 by Jacques Malnuit, Frank Konrad and Claude Remide, french pionneer of the sport. The office is now located in Chamonix Mont Blanc.

  • Swiss BASE Association

    The Swiss Base Association (SBA) is a non-profit organization founded in 2007 by Michi Schwery and Moritz Schellenberg with the goal to support basejumping in Switzerland by developing good relationships with the local authorities and farmers. The SBA works in close collaboration with the Italian Base Association (IBA).

    SALES MANAGEROur mission is to maintain legal access for BASE jumping at Monte Brento and the exit points in the Sarca valley.

    The volume of jumpers has drastically increased in last few years and we have decided to implement an association similar to that which already exists in Norway and Switzerland.

    In 2018 we estimate that over 15,000 (fifteen thousand) jumps were made from Monte Brento, making it the busiest exit point in the world.

    Jumpers travel to Monte Brento from all over the planet, from countries including China, India, Australia, USA, Canada, Iraq, Russia, Argentina etc..
